Judie Amato has worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 30 years. Her background spans from Darden Restaurant Group to Cheesecake Factory and most recently La Madeleine French Bakery and Cafe before branching out on her own. While managing the catering at La Madeleine, she realized she wanted to spread her love for serving others through something more personal. That's when Salt & Palm was born! Aside from serving great quality food, Judie prides herself on serving her clients beyond their expectations. Her personal involvement in each order will ensure top quality food & professional service each and every time.

Throughout her time with us, she’s taken on nearly every role in the company—from cooking in the kitchen and making timely deliveries, to handling administrative responsibilities and supporting our marketing efforts. Her hands-on experience across all areas of the business gives her a unique perspective and deep understanding of what makes our operations run smoothly.
